How to install Cas with Exponential 4.0.1?

<b>Cas with Exponential 4.0.1</b> is a contribution which allows users to log in Exponential 4.0.1 with Esup CAS Server and LDAP. It's URL is as following:
http://ez.no/developer/contribs/hacks/cas_with_ezpublish_4_0_1

The installation guide in readme.txt is as following:

** INSTALLATION **

Create (in Exponential) admin user that is also in the user repository used by CAS (ex.: LDAP), otherwise you won't be able to log in when the patch is installed!

Save the ezuser.php file.

Copy the patch directories in the Exponential directory.

The CAS configuration can be made in the file settings/cas.ini

I can't understand this guide. Could somebody else please tell me?
