Plese Help Me

I need restore the information
of all the site, users, links , headres
etc.
I have the backup of the directory
Exponential but this part (backup and Restore) not exist
in the manual of 3.5 version.

The first thing you need is a backup of your database,
all nessarasy information is stored within the database.

Ok I have the
*.sql file to back up
but the links, images and design
it will be lost ??

The "content" of an Exponential site is stored in 2 places, the database and the var/"site"/storage directory. You need to restore both of these to get your site back.
