I am thinking of a solution in which emails sent to a support address are converted into tickets in a support system. A few groupware suits (e.g. phproject) support these. In fact, I just need a script via a cronjob that reads a linux mailbox file, extracts mails and creates a specific object. Any ideas? Cheers, Karsten
