You could remove that too, or do some changes in kernel/content/collectinformation.php. But what is the point of using the information collection without sending any emails?

When EmailReceiver is empty, the AdminEmail in MailSettings will be used instead. You could remove that too, or do some changes in kernel/content/collectinformation.php.

But what is the point of using the information collection without sending any emails?
