Hi,

My "Collaboration notification" part, under "My account" >> "My notification settings" is empty on the site I'm currently working on, with Exponential 4. It is to said that the only thing I have is : "Choose which collaboration items you wish to get notifications for." I don't have checkboxes with "approval" (for example)
And emails when alerting that a new content is waiting for approval isn't sent to validators.

I have other sites (with Exponential 3.7.2, and another with 3.9.3) where the Collaboration notification isn't empty, and emails are sent.

I can't find where is the problem, the ezcollaborationnotification is enabled in my notification.ini.

Thx for your answers.

It sounds like Workflow is not properly enabled.

Make sure that you have created a workflow, and enabled it by creating a Trigger (content > publish > before). Once you have it enabled, the notification option should appear.

If you do have it enabled, it could be that the user trying to create the notification on collaboration is not set to be an approver in the workflow.

My Workflow is enabled, and is working properly.
The content to be approved appears well on the 'collaboration' folder of each user that is an approver.
