i have running site.
since last week i cannot upload images...
Nothig helps:
1. i checked limitations of file size
2. i checked permitions on server
3. i work with administrator user

Images can be uploaded only to draft versions.

Problem was,that images(jpg) , which i tried to upload, was made by digital camera and contained EXIF information.

I posted this bug.

Solution: remove EXIF information from photos...
