Now I want to attribute one target user to each forum but I'm surprised to see that the events section of the workflow interface refers to the entire section. It means that this target user will have to approve content for all the forums ! It remains possible to create several forum section but may be someone has another solution ? Thanks.

No, at this time there is not another solution. We need to create a more configureable approval workflow to handle these cases.
