But when I import the same text from the OpenOffice .odt format, the numbered lists are preserved. This is probably a problem in the OpenOffice installation and it's conversion, so: - did anyone encounter the same problem? - did anyone succeed in importing word documents with numbered lists correctly? - any ideas how to fix this? -- Nothing is impossible. But when I import the same text from the OpenOffice .odt format, the numbered lists are preserved.

This is probably a problem in the OpenOffice installation and it's conversion, so:

- did anyone encounter the same problem?

- did anyone succeed in importing word documents with numbered lists correctly?

- any ideas how to fix this?
