I have runned php runcronjobs.php send_newsletter several times and it says that my newsletters are sent. But no newsletters appear in my email box. What could be the cause of that problem ? No templates appear in it ! On the other hand, when sending my newsletter by running the runcronjob.php send_newsletter script, I have a complete HTML framework of my newsletter in my email box ! All my templates appear correctly in it ! So it's OK with this sending method ! What is surprising to me, is that both sending methods (preview and "normal" send) should produce the same result in my email box. I use Sendmail transport method for both preview and normal send. What can be wrong with the preview sending method ? Thank you for your help.

Ok.

Now I can send a preview of my newsletter in my email box, but no HTML code appear in it. I have received it but it's completely blank ! No templates appear in it !
