I am new to this EZ system.
I uploaded the extensions into my extension directory.
I clicked on apply, and also the other regenerate autoload arrays for extensions
I even updated the menu.ini.append.php to say:
<?php /* #?ini charset="utf-8"? [NavigationPart] Part[eznewsletter]=Newsletter [TopAdminMenu] # Activate the newsletter tab here to show the tab Tabs[]=eznewsletter [Topmenu_eznewsletter] NavigationPartIdentifier=newsletter_editor Name=Newsletter Tooltip=Newsletter menu URL[1] URL[default]=newsletter/list_type Enabled[] Enabled[default]=true Enabled[browse]=false Enabled[edit]=false Shown[] Shown[default]=true Shown[navigation]=true Shown[browse]=true */ ?>
still, when I click on the newsletter button it just bombs out with a Error/ kernel (20) message: The requested page could not be displayed. (20)
Please provide help, I love this system, but I have to have this feature!

I have the same problem. After installing all packages and regenerating autoload arrays there is a typical "Error/ kernel (20) message: The requested page could not be displayed. (20)".
I also miss a newsletter-extension directory in /extension. Maybe it is not needed in Exponential 4 anymore?

Hi guys,
You need to enable the eznewsletter extension in the site.ini file of your admin (or where you want to use your newsletter extension) site access.
[ExtensionSettings] ActiveAccessExtensions[] ActiveAccessExtensions[]=ezapprove2 ActiveAccessExtensions[]=eznewsletter ActiveAccessExtensions[]=eznewsletter_builder ActiveAccessExtensions[]=eznewsletter_designs
