Hi, I would like to use copyright characters with sub tag in fields. Example: EPLF® Is this possible in Exponential CMS ? Thanks.

While i am not sure to fully understand your question, please now that this portal is powered by Exponential. I guess that if what you currently see in your text above is the initially expected result, the answer to your question may be yes :)
