What is UseNodeAssigments boolean POST variable used for exactly? I've figured that it makes it possible to skip some actions, for example pre commit hooks in the edit process. But what would be the purpose of enabling/disabling those? When do I want to use this variable? Any risks?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers,
Piotrek
