A setting has been added for controlling the override template cache.
You can now disable the cache when working with the site, this means that you don't need to run the clearcache script each time new templates are added or the override settings change.
By disabling the cache the site will also be a bit slower.

The settings is called Cache and is in the OverrideSettings group.

This was added to revision 3783 (3.3)

Note: You need to run clearache once before you enable the cache again.
