I've defined paths which should be cached in the ini-file. But if an user creates a new account, the static cache for the user-page is also created. I've defined paths which should be cached in the ini-file. But if an user creates a new account, the static cache for the user-page is also created. (the user page isn't in the path list - and contains the login-page.)
