Siteaccess problem..

Hi 2 all!
I have some different siteaccesses.
In few of them I want make a listing of articles, contain in a "News" folder.
In one siteaccess I've receive a list of all articles, but in second siteaccess tihis code don't work..
I used next code:

{let article=fetch( content, list, hash( parent_node_id, $node.node_id,
                                                   sort_by,             $node.sort_array
                                                  )
                     )
}

More.. Parametr $node.children_count in one case = N but in other case $node.children_count = 0.
How can I solve this problem?
