Hi all

I'm working on a FLEX app with Exponential. I am drawing out the relevant content for each page, but want to drill down further. For example, the data_text column in the db holds the xml created by ezPub which has all of the text and content for that particular item.

I really want to drill down further to bypass the xml and the grab the actual content, for example, the html text within a left_column, or a lat/long value from a googlemap extension.

I have done this within ezPub itself, by drilling down within the template and using the object data map, but can I access the specific values from within the database, or is it only within the xml?

Many thanks,

Matt

You'll only get the xml when working directly against the db, the xhtml output is done by the templates.
