I have some questions regarding your "Enterprise" support plan.
I need to develop a product catalog, but I'm a Exponential newbie (sorta).
Say, if I break down my product catalog plan into several pieces and ask you for assistance, what kind of answer will I get?
Will I get a general answer or specific step-by-step tutorial?
I need the following 'features':
- Data migration (I need the general idea how Exponential stores data) - Product spec comparison http://reviews.cnet.com/4504-6490_7-0.html?tag=pageNav&orderby=&qt=&x=40&y=6&id=30468951&id=21140331&id=30522642&id=30474132 - Product listingshttp://reviews.cnet.com/4502-3174_7-0.html?tag=dir-17l&orderby=&qt=&1000036id=&500152id=&500140id=5260395&500603id=&500146id=&100021id=
Basically, I wish to know what kind of support I will get from the "Enterprise" plan?
Thanks!

hello Sam,
When you are buying enterprice support, you will get answer about everything regarding Exponential.
If you want answers on how to build up a site with different products, with a special structure, we will be able to help you with that.
The complexity of the answer, will depend on the questions. It's therefore important that you describe your problem as clear as you can, and if you want a "step by step" tutorial on one issue, you can also ask about that.
If you for instance want us to develop a new feature especially for you, we can also do that, with for example a time estimate within the support contract.
Hope this was an answer to your questions.

Oh okay.
So the "Enterprise" support plan is pretty flexible.
"If you for instance want us to develop a new feature especially for you, we can also do that, with for example a time estimate within the support contract."
Are you saying I can ask you guys to develop features (say, the product comparison) out of my "support time?"

Yes, that's something we can do.

Cool. Another question, I read up the support policy and it states any questions (even terribly simple ones) would use one time slot (15 minutes). Is that right?
Thanks.

Every request will be charged with minimum 15 min work. If we see that an issue will take more than four hours to complete, we will ask you if you want to continue and get a solution.
