problem with eznewsletter-1.6 beta

hello all,
i am using Exponential 4.0 and i want to install the eznewsletter on my web site.
first i have downloaded the eznewsletter-1.6 and import the package in this order:
* eznewsletter_site.ezpkg
* newsletter_structure.ezpkg
* ezapprove2.ezpkg
* ezlabel.ezpkg
* ezmailimport.ezpkg
* eznewsletter.ezpkg
* eznewsletter_builder.ezpkg
* eznewsletter_classes.ezpkg
* eznewsletter_designs.ezpkg
after i have imported all sql files in by using wamp.
i have edited menu.ini.append.php located in extension/eznewsletter/settings and add this

[TopAdminMenu]
Tabs[]=eznewsletter

to display the newsletter tab in the administrator interface.the tab apprear but on click on newsletter tab i have this error:

Fatal error: Class 'eZNewsletterTemplateWrapper' not found in C:\wamp\www\soukafrica\soukafrica\extension\eznewsletter\modules\newsletter\list_newslettertype.php on line 46
Fatal error: Exponential did not finish its request

i want to know what can' i do to resolve this problem?
