Hi All,

I have created new class for creating form through setup. Now, I am able to create object of that class within the page through admin.
When I add this object it ask me form name, which it take as object name and displays object name as link to the page containing control, instead of showing the form control on the page itself.

How can i get object on the page itself inseated of link to the object?

Note:version of ez 4.1.0, refering url to create form:

Did you remember to select the "Information collector" selectbox as described on page 2?
