Does anybody know of a newsletter package / extension that will deal with subscriptions, creating the newsletter, and sending them.

I'm running in a windows environment.

yeah, i saw that one but it seems to be set up to run under linux (which it seems to work well in) but I have had trouble getting to work under widows.

Are there any more out there?
