How can I customize the "Layout" of the different classes in the PDF. I'm sure, that this is done with templates, but where? My PDF are dead-ugly, while the ez.no ones are beatyful. 2. When is an exported PDF updated? Does this get renewed, when content is published in the corresponding subtree? Do i need to update it manually (if so, how?). Should we update it with a cron-job? 3. Does the PDF export "hierarchies"? I mean: We have a beautyful Table of Contents with Page Numbers, but the objects are not "indented", they are "flat" and do not show the site's hierarchy.
