I have an approval workflow setup and running but I am getting seg faults whenever I try to run the command line php scripts to finalize the approval.

Can I complete the approval manually? I am desperate at this point so even if it requires manually editing table to get my articles in the correct place I am will to do it. I just want a better idea of what I'm getting into.

I think you have a dirty database

In a similar situation, I added a few echo statements to the workflow.php script to dump workflow, object and memento stuff. Then I deleted the failure things manually in the database. (not funny, I know)
