None at the moment I'm afraid, the patch is to complex.
I'm afraid it's breaks to much, a situation where extensions for 4.0 doesn't work on 4.1 is not realistic.
So we would need to discuss the BC break parts of the patch and look for ways to avoid that.
If we avoid that we could maybe get it into 4.1 already, but 4.1 is closing (no date yet) so probably more realistic for 4.2.
