I did add

include_once( "lib/ezutils/classes/ezoperationhandler.php" );

into my datatype to allow it to create and then publish new content objects. Ever since I get 

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: event_ezapprove in /home/web/services/ambuhl_com/web/public_html/kernel/classes/ezdatatype.php on line 202
Fatal error: Exponential did not finish its request

when trying to edit any classes!
