Hi,
Since I am new to Exponential. I want to know,
what is the use of ImageMagick? Why do we use this? Without using ImageMagick can't we display images?

Hi,

We use ImageMagic because is more powerful then GD Library
http://www.imagemagick.org/images/examples.jpg

If u don`t have ImageMagic u can always use PHP GD Library

Hi, yes, Luke is right.
Exponential uses an "Image Subsystem" to handle images (resize them to the sizes, that you want for your site). It can use the GD library, which is part of PHP, and/or can use the external Programm ImageMagick.
If you don't have Imagemagick or can't install it, you can start with "GD only", which should work fine for starting.
