To Devolop a WebSite , I want display the created folder as menu in horizontal row with a background image like logo or some good pictures.

Have you read about creating template overrides (http://ez.no/ez_publish/documentation/customization/custom_design/override_templates) and the template language (http://ez.no/ez_publish/documentation/the_template_language)?
