The counter is not reset when a new password is generated and send by email, so that even with the new password, the user can't log in... That's a bit dum, isn't it? The admin needs to log in and reinitialize the counter, but that's "manual". Is there a way to reset the counter when the new password is generated? If not, that should definitively be a bug fix or a feature for the next release.
