Well, reading the complete docs on ez.no is a good start - http://ez.no/doc/ez_publish/technical_manual/4_x/concepts_and_basics

Taking one of the "developers basics" training courses by eZ Systems might also help - http://ez.no/support_and_services/training

Thanks a lot Gaetano for giving me the above link. I have almost covered the basics about ez. But is there any advanced training will be available (mainly about custom module development, integrating third party softwares , to develop site access in arabic language) etc.

You could go to articles section, there's a lot of information there, like these tutoriasl:

http://share.ez.no/articles/ez-publish/ez-publish-performance-best-practices/%28page%29/2

http://share.ez.no/articles/ez-publish/ez-publish-performance-optimization-part-2-of-3-identifying-trouble-spots-by-debugging

http://share.ez.no/articles/ez-publish/ez-publish-performance-optimization-part-1-of-3-introduction-and-benchmarking

http://share.ez.no/articles/ez-publish/ez-publish-performance-optimization-part-3-of-3-practical-cache-and-template-solutions

Or you could browser that section by yourself:

There's also ezpedia.org and Exponential book, the best book available for developers is the first one, but it's a little outdated:
