The documentation says here:
http://ez.no/doc/ez_publish/technical_manual/3_10/reference/modules/content/fetch_functions/list

that it is only supported to sort by the following datatypes:<b>
Checkbox
Date
Date and time
E-mail
Integer
Selection (will not work when used as multiple selector)
Text line
Time</b>

Just checked it for a custom data type that extends a system one which happens to be supported (text line). It sorts fine.

My conclusion is: all data types that manage <b>sort_key_int</b> and/or <b>sort_key_string</b> fields in <b>ezcontentobject_attribute</b> table should generally support sorting without problem. Is that correct?
