enable to create a form

i've created a custom "form class" whitch permit users of my web-site to give their opinion about it. such a "Guest book".
i wanted the anonymous user to edit it. normal.
i've modify the anonymous rôle and add the following.

  content  	 create  	 Class( Livre d'or ) , Section( GuestBook section ) , ParentClass( Livre d'or )
content 	edit 	Class( Livre d'or ) , Section( GuestBook section ) , Owner( Self )
content 	read 	Class( Livre d'or ) , Section( GuestBook section )

"Livre d'or" is the class name and GuestBook Section is the section where i want to create the form.

i notice that anonymous user can view exemple of "instance"of my "Livre d'or" class i created through administrator interface.

but when click, about the button to create and édit the form. it a "login-fail" page appears.
it means that user hasn't right to access creating this class, why??
what have i forgoten??
