Hi,
I am using Exponential version 3.6.1. I want to implement an auto response system for the incoming email requests. How can i set the auto response system depending on the type of email received.For eg. if i received an email regarding the newsletter sign up i have to send a email saying "Thank you for signing the Newsletter",if the email is regarding the request for information the response mail should say "Our technical team will contact you within 12 hours" etc.

Hm, autoresponding depend on your mail server. Sou you should configure it for auto response, and if you want to integrate it with eZ you should probably write an extension.

Or try a newsletter extension (I think there's one in the Contributions), maybe it has something like that.
