We have a problem with an object (a staff homepage) with starts with thee attributes: a short name, a first name and a surname. Twice have we experienced that the short name has been replaced by the first name and the first name has been replaced by the last name - without anyone editing the object. This replacement takes place both in the front-end and in the admin module. We have a report of one similar incident recently (out of ca. 1500 staf pages). Has anyone else experience a similar thing (we run ver. 3.8.3 on a red hat enterprise) ?

I too have seen this recently using 3.9 (upgraded from 3.7.6) ...
I restored from db backup, it was very wierd ..
