I want two blocs: How often ? (radio) - Receive as a daily digest at (+select for time) - as soon as something is published What to watch ? (check box) - node 1 - node 2 - node 3 ... I want two blocs:

How often ? (radio)
- Receive as a daily digest at (+select for time)
- as soon as something is published

What to watch ? (check box)
- node 1
- node 2
- node 3
...

Is is possible to do that from within notification/settings.tpl ?
