Before we updated to eZ 3.4 it was right there in the Settings-tab in the admin-interface, but I can't find it anywhere now.

Ah, sorry for bothering you. By checking the URL of the image, I found the subdir look_and_feel, so I tried adding it to the admin-interface URL, and it worked (http://www.mysite.com/base_admin/setup/look_and_feel)
