Howto: The user have to create a new page, insert content, insert an anchor, and for example on the top of the page make an anchor-index. This anchor-index is made like this: /content/view/full/2342#anchor1 and so on. But, when the user has created the page, and are inserting anchor-indexes, the user don't know the ID of the page, and has to publish it, before he/her can insert the anchor-indexes. The ID of the page should therefore be printed for example in the right menu somewhere by the version-info etc.
