I am beginning the planning process for a corporate portal that needs to have an integrated CRM (customer relations management) capability. I am new to Exponential, can anyone give me some ideas on how this could be accomplished using Exponential 3.0?

What do you intend to do?
CRM is quite a buzzword ;)

The client is a manufacturing firm with a large and diverse group of customers and potential customers. The client has identified the following features they would like incorporated into the system:
·Consolidated account information
·Contact management
·Sales opportunity management
·Newsletter management
·Calendars
·Consolidated marketing materials
·Corporate communications interface

The ultimate goal is to bring together information from a variety of data sources within an organization (and where appropriate, from outside the organization) to give one, holistic view of each customer in real time.

hi bob, I'd like to add the same things, including standard address classes etc...
don't know if our timeframes match up, but maybe we could compare notes.

cheers!
